2 lbs. Potatoes (Russets or Yukon Golds)
2 T. Olive Oil
2 T. Braai Spice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Preheat one large or two medium baking sheets as well. Wash and cut potatoes into 1" cubes into large bowl. Add olive oil and braai spice. Toss well. Roast in single layer on baking sheets for 18 minutes. Stir and roast until golden, probably 5-10 more minutes. Test for tenderness. Serve warm.
